Kiln reads Apple Health. Open the Health app and confirm the workout is there and that Kiln has read access (Health → Sharing → Apps → Kiln). Verified samples arriving within 24 hours of the 4 am lock still score.
Grey-blue XP is phantom — self-reported, unverified. It counts, but it's lesser. Discipline deeds graduate to verified after thirty honest days; other self-reports convert when a matching verified sample arrives.
Create a party and share the invite link, or open a link someone sent you. Four to eight people who see each other's sheets. Chat is private — stored as encrypted CloudKit fields we cannot read, except a message you explicitly report.
Kiln Pro is managed in your App Store account settings. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
Settings → Privacy → Delete account erases your character everywhere and posts an anonymized departure to your party. You can also revoke Kiln under Settings → Apple ID → Sign-In & Security.
